Return Policy

Condition Check: Stock received should be inspected immediately. Items received in good condition are not eligible for replacement.

Damaged Shrink Items: If one item in a shrink pack is damaged, the entire shrink pack must be returned upon delivery.

In-Store Damage: Stock damaged while in-store is not eligible for credit.

Expiry Dates: Products should be checked for expiration dates upon delivery. If an item has less than six months remaining before expiry, customers should decline the stock unless otherwise arranged.

Defective or Off-Spec Products: Products that are defective or not as specified can only be returned if at least 80% of the contents remain. Prior arrangements must be made with Happy Paws staff.

Order Errors: If the customer ordered stock in error but received it correctly from Happy Paws, the items can be returned with a 10% handling fee, except in the case of special orders.

Delivery Issues: For stock that was short-delivered, incorrectly supplied, damaged on delivery, or returned at the time of delivery within Happy Paws’ return policy, these details must be noted on both copies of the invoice. Failure to do so will result in no credit being issued.

Special Orders: Special orders must be paid in full upfront before stock is ordered.
